As Board of Directors we are pleased to announce that Development Foundation International has received official notice from the U.S. Internal Revenue Service that we have been approved for non-profit status which allows us to issue a tax exempt receipt for donations to DFI from U.S. citizens and U.S. Registered organizations.  We would like to thank our attorney Scott Oberg of the law firm Onsager, Werner & Oberg, P.L.C. for his excellent assistance to ensure we met every requirement of the U.S. tax code.  Scott will continue to guide us to make sure we maintain our non-profit status.
