Development Foundation International has created programs designed to bring people from around the world together in celebrating humanity in its diversity (“East/West Connections”). DFI intends to primarily utilize the ideas and goals of UNESCO – United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (www.unesco.org) initiative, but of course, on a smaller scale. DFI has set up cultural exchange programs between people from different continents, cultures and religions as DFI desires to contribute to a better understanding and respect among us. Programs include:

• Youth Exchange Program
• Holidays & Cultural Exploration Trips
• Religious Leaders Exchange Program
• Cultural Awareness Program

DFI will work according to the UNESCO standards in bringing funds to the programs mentioned above and network with like-minded initiatives around the world to bring resources together.
