Development Foundation International intends to serve the poor and disenfranchised through holistic programs that include:
DFI will, in cooperation with UNRWA and other recognized organizations, work towards creating better conditions for the poor and disenfranchised.
In 2002, to accomodate growing need and provide administrative structure, INMA Foundation opened a community center near Bourj el Barajneh Refugee Camp in Beirut, Lebanon. DFI intends to expand on the mission that was started by the INMA Foundation, and provide community based care with a strong relational aspect that has brought a high level of respect and understanding among the people who have been involved in this process. DFI anticipates that is will devote approximately 10 percent of its time to this program.
